1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any course, lesson, or service ("Services") offered by Sonic Bloom Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you, as the student or guardian, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our Services.

2. Enrollment and Tuition

Tuition fees are charged on a monthly or term basis, as specified upon enrollment, and are due on or before the first lesson of that period. A student's place in a class or with an instructor is reserved only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to adjust tuition fees with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.

3. Cancellation and Make-Up Policy

We operate on a strict 24-hour notice policy for all lesson cancellations.

• To be eligible for a make-up lesson, notice of cancellation must be received by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, will be charged the full lesson fee. No make-up lesson will be offered.
• Make-up lessons are subject to instructor availability and must be scheduled within 30 days of the original missed lesson. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed lessons.
• If an instructor cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a credit will be applied to the next month's tuition.

4. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to behave in a respectful, cooperative, and appropriate manner while on Academy premises or during online lessons. We strive to maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment. Sonic Bloom Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any student who is disruptive, disrespectful, or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without a refund.

5. Photography and Videography

Sonic Bloom Academy may occasionally take photographs or record videos of students during lessons, recitals, and other events for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., our website, social media, brochures). By enrolling, you grant us permission to use your or your child's likeness in such materials. If you do not wish for your or your child's image to be used, you must submit a written request to opt-out to the administration.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sonic Bloom Academy is not responsible for any personal injury or loss, theft, or damage of personal property that may occur on our premises. Students and parents are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Students participating in our programs do so at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
